This is pretty cool, really. Groups of folks in towns across the world are getting together and "revitalizing" some areas of their town. It involves getting a group of people together to identify an area and plant shrubs/flowers/etc in an effort to beautify the area. Apparently this is illegal....I'm guessing most cities have other things to focus on.
